About Iron After 40

A movement built for men who refuse to slow down.

Why Iron After 40 Exists

Iron After 40 exists for men who want to keep progressing — physically, mentally, and in how they approach their training.

Not everyone is willing to do that.

This is for the ones who are.

What Happens After 40

At some point, things start to change.

Progress slows down.
Recovery takes longer.
What used to work no longer works the same way.

Most people respond by lowering their expectations.

Iron After 40 was built for those who don’t.

How It Started

I’m Rob — the coach behind Iron After 40.

Like a lot of the men I work with, I’ve had to figure out what training actually looks like as you get older.

It’s not about doing more.

It’s about doing the right things, consistently, with structure and intent.

Over time, I realized most people weren’t struggling because they lacked effort — they were struggling because they lacked a clear approach.

That’s what Iron After 40 is built around.

The Approach

Training after 40 is different.

Recovery matters more.
Consistency matters more.
Structure matters more.

The goal isn’t quick results.

The goal is sustainable progress — strength, muscle, and capability that lasts.

What Iron After 40 Is — and Isn’t

This is not:

• a quick fix
• a 30-day transformation
• random workouts thrown together

This is:

• structured training
• long-term thinking
• consistent progress over time
