Coaching is designed for men who:

• Are over 40 and serious about improving their training
• Have been lifting but feel like progress has slowed or stalled
• Want a structured plan built around their lifestyle and recovery
• Value discipline and long-term consistency

The Problem Most Men Over 40 Face

Many men reach a point where they’re training consistently but progress becomes harder to measure.

Strength stops increasing.
Recovery becomes unpredictable.
Programs that once worked no longer produce the same results.

At that stage, the issue usually isn’t effort — it’s structure.

What working together looks like

When you begin coaching, we start by evaluating your current training, recovery, and goals.

From there you receive a structured training program designed around:

• your experience level
• your schedule
• your recovery capacity

Your training plan evolves as you progress.

Adjustments are made based on performance, recovery, and long-term progress.

The goal isn’t quick fixes.

The goal is sustainable progress for years to come.

Meet Rob

I’m Rob — the coach behind Iron After 40.

Like a lot of the men I work with, I didn’t start with everything dialed in. Over time, I learned that training after 40 isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing the right things consistently, with structure and intent.

My approach is built around that idea.

I focus on helping men continue building strength, improving their physique, and training in a way that actually fits their lifestyle and recovery. No guesswork, no random programs — just a clear plan that evolves as you progress.

I’ve spent years training, refining my own approach, and working through the same plateaus, setbacks, and adjustments that come with getting older. That experience shapes how I coach.

This isn’t about chasing extremes.
It’s about building something sustainable — strength, discipline, and progress that lasts.
